A group of weather-beaten sailors enjoyed a great meal at Match in Sono. The outdoor seating was a perfect way to end a long day on the water. The entrees were delicious and very unusual; but the best part of the meal was the wine recommendation made by our waiter. My lobster roll was fresh and the seasonings perfect. A great experience.

For my first time in South Norwalk this was a great discovery. The street is full of ambiance. Our waiter was very nice, the good was good but not amazing.
Overall a great experience.

Spur of the moment visit during SONO arts festival this weekend. We sat outdoors on the sidewalk on a beautiful summer early evening.

Beverages from the bar (Margherita and Pomegranate Mojito) were excellent and refreshing. My wife had a Buttery Lobster Roll which had all the meat of a 1.5 lb lobster in it. She was in heaven. I had an appetizer "Green" personal pizza with spinach, pesto, cheese and assorted spices. Crust was thin and crisp. Perfect size portion... I took one slice home out of six.

Service was friendly and responsive. This place has the formula down. Make sure you pay a visit next time you are in Sono.

First visit back since 2003..& Ten Years later--still really good..and consistent.
Matt still greets and also whips up incred. desserts...A hot night -Tuesday-in July!--not too many customers--so noise level fine. Wait service very detailed, and accommodating. If you know Wash. St., you will be surprised (or not...)-as to how many other restaurants-have come and gone...Recommend highly, and you don't have to break the bank!- Starters & appetizers -make a great comb. so - leave room for dessert.!

We were visiting the area and walking around in SoNo on a Friday night. Match was pretty busy and looked good. The hostess was very friendly, and even gave us updates as to how long our wait would be. She managed to find us a table pretty quickly. There were 5 of us, each had something different and each of us were extremely pleased with our meals. The spaghetti Bolognese was rated as the best she has ever had. The organic chicken was excellent with really well done scalloped potatoes. The braised brisket was delicious and the mashed potatoes served with it were amazing. The margarita pizza was perfect, They have their own wood burning stove, and the crust was the perfect crispy with nice runny toppings. Although it was an appetizer it was certainly big enough for a meal. The fish tacos were also delicious, the fish was well cooked and crunchy, the sauce was amazing and there was a slight hint of cilantro. They were also an appetizer but I had then for a meal. We did not order desserts altho they sounded really good. They are all baked there and they ask you to pre order dessert so they are ready when you are done your meal. We will definately go back when we are there again.
