Went to see a movie on Issac Street in downtown Norwalk and noticed this restaurant on the way there. As the movie ended right at dinner time we decided to give it a try. So happy we did as the food, service and value were outstanding.
The restaurant doesn't take reservations, and can be quite loud but neither issue is insurmountable. They have a basic wine list but it's the food you'll most enjoy.
Their avgolemono was etherial, flavorful and the perfect texture. The saganaki delicious and their terokafteri unique as the cheese, peppers and tomatoes all arrived warm in foil with the requisite pita. Their Greek salads included the most flavorful tomatoes and the dressing was light and fresh. Main courses were generous and reasonably priced.
Forget about going to the movies, we'll be going back just to eat!
