A downtown bar & grill that clearly caters to locals, but welcomes strangers as well. Small but not cramped. Big windows at the front, good lighting inside creates a nice environment. House made potato chips to start and a long beer list. Mostly standard pub grub on the menu with the addition of great salads. I had the homemade meatloaf and I recommend it. Service was quick and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Very reasonable prices.

A quite small but friendly restaurant in the centre of the town, popular with locals and visitors alike.

The food was a difficult choice but in the end both of us ordered custom made salads (the house speciality) and were very pleased with our choices, they were excellent. The outside seating was unsurprisingly not popular in October but it was there and with heated tables. Inside was well above the average restaurant quality and standard and thoroughly up to the praise given to it by users generally. As usual far too much for one person so we got the rest boxed for lunch the following day.

Service very friendly and welcoming, the food and drinks excellent - recommended.

Sat outside that part was good. Thai chicken wrap was not good, fries were good. Tortelini was avg. Too bad as the Omni hotel across the street recommended it

Great find in downtown New Haven right around lunch time so not too busy or noisy .The food came out not too long or short. The staff very friendly and made no mistakes. I recommend this if you want no pizza in New Haven one night or day.

We went to New Haven to see the Yale University facilities and its buildings which architecture is fenomenal. It's worth seen it. The we walk to Temple street to Temple Grill to have some drinks and food. The Tuna Cappriccio was excellent as were the Tempura Shrimps. The artichoke dip is and excellent choice for apperitive as were the wings.
