Many of the galleries not allowed to take pictures. I'm a picture taker, but still lovely pieces. I really enjoyed seeing the two beams from 9/11. Up close like that was interesting. I learned a lot about the Knights of Columbus.

“A wonderful museum...and free!”
Reviewed July 6, 2013

We visited this museum to see their Russian Icon exhibit. What a great place. The exhibit was lovely. There were little cards in each room suggesting how to reflectively experience these icons. My only complaint was that, while we were there a busload of people arrived who apparently didn't read the suggestions. They were very noisy in a setting that called for quiet. There was also a nice exhibit on popes which I never expected to enjoy. A very poignant place was a display of two rather twisted steel girders from the 9/11 World Trade Center tragedy. The Icon exhibit is worth the trip -- and everything is free. Can't beat that.

I love history and this place has good collection in their museum. Take you children here to visit the exhibits. They have different exhibits year round.

...and worth a visit! A well organised museum with lots of interesting exhibits. Should be able to be in and out within an hour. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative.
