We stayed at The Study while visiting the University. It is right across the street from the arts building, a very short walk to most of the main parts of campus, and near some interesting dining choices. Their contemporary look is true to form. The desk space in each room is the length of the window wall, like you might find in some college rooms (surprise, surprise!). The sleeping area is acceptable, the bath quite small, but sufficient. It's a clean and well-maintained property, just not large. Great for short stays, but you'd likely need a suite for longer stays (more than 2-3 days). We enjoyed room service, which was prompt, with good quality food for breakfast and dinner. Overall, there was little to report negative. Nothing that will excite you, but a good business-type hotel. We might add that the staff was very professional and accommodating, especially the "lead" front desk staff.
