“Three great museums at Yale University”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 4, 2012

Yale has two excellent Art museums (across the street from each other), and a great Natural History museum (20 min. walk from the art museums). Surrounding the art museums is the Yale arts complex with theatre and music and many inexpensive restaurants. Yale is a convenient trip from NYC or Boston by railroad. Get off at the New Haven railroad station and take taxi or free bus or walk (15 min.) to downtown New Haven and Yale University. New Haven has visitor guides walking the streets so very easy to get directions and advise. The art museums have world class art collections and the Peabody has an amazing dinosaur collection, a famous dinosaur mural and many youth orientated activities.

“Historic”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 31, 2011

Some nice restaurants and places around the school. The students are clearly spoiled and used to feeling privileged. They are known for walking clear into the street as you drive, expecting YOU to wait for them. LOL. Plenty of options for dining though and some good ones all around the main campus, mainly on College, Crown and Chapel St. York St. as well.

“You Could Spend Your Whole Life Taking It In”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 5, 2011

You could spend every day, all day, for the rest of you life here attending free or inexpensive events of every kind -- musical, artistic, intellectual, cinematic, theatrical, literary, you name it -- or just taking in the history and architecture.

“This is a must see site for anyone who likes history or architecture”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 17, 2011

I have been here many times and don't get enough of the beautiful breath taking buildings, arches windows and detail.
I specially love the walks full of tall trees, the little plaza the the shops and restaurant.
