27 Jan2013 @11:30 AM. Although it was VERY busy and we had to wait to be seated, it’s usually WELL worth the wait. But today we had some issues, The coffee cups are starting to show their ware lots of (possible bacteria holding) chips along the rims, The service was a bit off NOT bad just off, The young lady who brought us our food, also was taking out the trash from under the hutch where you fix your coffee, WITHOUT gloves. Now she most likely washed her hands, but it WAS off-putting. My wife’s Spinach, Red onion and Goat cheese omelet was less than adequate the eggs cooked well, but the Spinach, Red onion were raw and Goat cheese was not melty (her word not mine). Not to mention the ingredients were not spread out meaning the first few bites were all Goat cheese then the next few were all Raw Red Onion and so on. I got the Sampler, and all my food was very good. But my wife and both believe the portions seem to be getting smaller. We have another $25 gift card and we’re going to use it at “When pigs fly” in Jordon Village, If we get the same results we’re just going to assume the chain has gone in the wrong direction and start going elsewhere. it was very busy and we had to wait that was not an issue as

I was worried we were going the wrong way when I was going up a narrow road on a hill and all I saw were houses. But then right at the crest of the hill we saw a small parking lot with a karate dojo and next to it the restaurant in question! Its a nice, quirky place where you seat yourself and get your own coffee. The wait staff treat you like family who just stopped by to have brunch. They have an assortment of coffees to choose from and a cute area where they have the creamers and sugars. The food was great, we had a combination of lunch and dinner items. The breakfast omeletes were a hit, the pancakes were delicious and the belle of the ball? Breakfast quesadilla with eggs, bacon, avocado served with sour cream and salsa. It was HUGE enough to share and everyone gave a two thumbs up! The sandwiches were delish as well but the ham and chedder soup was so good she got another bowl! I am glad we found this place and I would definitely go back again.

This place had the best breakfasts and coffee! The service was great and the ambiance was homey. We were just visiting Mystic but felt right at home here. Definitely somewhere we will go back to next visit.

What a great place for breakfast. Very good food,! The owners were very nice. We found the place while visiting Mystic Ct, and was very glad we did. The price of breakfast was a great deal. We ate there, three days in a row, glad we did!
