After the horrendous experience at another restaurant at lunch, the Mystic Diner was perfect for dinner. My chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese and bacon sandwich were excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. Our server was efficient and attentive. Keep up the great work!

Nice diner right next to the Howard Johnson's where we stayed. Good eggs Benedict, omelets tv and coffee. Friendly, attentive servers.

We ate that the Mystic Diner after a long day. The kids loved their burgers, and fish and chips. I had the Stonington Scallops - the were so good. I am not kidding, I will remember that meal as one of the best meals that I have ever eaten. The service was great!

We stopped in for breakfast and this is not your typical diner. There is a large bar in the middle of the place where they have a number of different liquors. The overall interior is more contemporary than your average diner with bright blues and greens and funky lighting. The breakfast was good....omelette was excellent and the French toast was good as well as the bacon. The service was excellent...our waitress Tracy was great! The price was pretty much on par with Mystic prices and the menu is quite extensive.
Outdoor seating is available as well.

Had breakfast recently when visiting the area and we had been to the dinner before and had an ok meal in the past so tried it again. Was busy but got table quickly, waitress was friendly and ok with service. Orange juice was barely chilled and that syrup style that was not that good. Eggs we ordered were average but decent home fries.

We got harassed by one of the hostesses for bringing in a small container of non-dairy creamer for coffee. When we said what it was they still said we couldn’t use it as they didn’t allow outside food/drink. We do this all the time at all type of restaurants and never been hassled – we used the creamer and the girl went away.

Based on the hostesses behavior and the just average food we will find other options next time in the area.
