We recently tried the $32 Pris Fixe menu. The food was uniformly high quality and a great value, although too much food for me in one sitting. The service was good. The decor was too busy for my taste. We went on a Saturday night and were glad of having a reservation. The size of the crowd speaks well of the quality and value of this restaurant.

We recently ate at Bin 100 on a Saturday evening. [my spouse, my son (home for Thanksgiving) and me] Although located in a small shopping plaza, when you walk in you are "transported from everyday to special" by the beautifully decorated interior. We were greeted warmly and confirmed our reservations. We were seated shortly after arrival. Warm, fresh bread and olive oil quickly provided by our server. She was attentive and after delivering our beverages and we had looked at the menus, she proceded to tell us of the specials. There is a regular menu and a prefixe menu. The set price for the prefixe is $32. It includes 4 courses from appetizer to dessert. There is a large selection to choose from. The specials are not included in this offering. The other menu is ala carte and tends to higher prices in total. All the food was perfectly done and well presented. The people who delivered the food to the table did have a bit of a problem (with every course) getting the right order to the right person. Other than that it was wonderful dining experience. When we first looked at the desserts, we thought that the offering was a bit limited. But when we received our desserts we were not disappointed. My son had Creme de Brule, my spouse had Tiramisu, and I had German Chocolate cake with Chocolate Ganoche frosting. We all agreed that each was the best that we had ever had. My spouse has already made plans to return and try other items off of the Pre fixe menu. Include this in where to go for a special night.

This is an excellent place to enjoy fine quality food. Ambience is wonderful and noise level is not a problem like other restaurants on a Saturday night. Prix fixe dinner is a terrific value and is available all the time. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

I was visiting from out of town and found this place on trip advisor. As soon as you walk in around the corner you can see an impressive wine case. it was a little bright inside, i would have liked it a little dimmer personally. You have to get the $32 prix fixe menu. So much quality food for your money! The calamari is delicious with a spicy remolade sauce. The pulled pork egg rolls were hardy full of meat. The salad (2nd course) was ok. A little oily dressing with not much flavor but fresh greens. For dinner I had the beef tips and my guest the Gorgonzola chicken. Steak was tasty and seasoned well with pepper, but the chicken was very very good. Smooth potatoes and two large pieces of chicken with Gorgonzola cheese and roasted red peppers!! Get the Gorgonzola chicken. For the fourth course we had Creme brûlée and tres leches! The dessert menu had several delicious choices and it was hard to choose. One of the best Creme brûlée I have ever had and the tres leches had a little bit of banana on top which was a nice surprise. The staff was attentive and available when you needed them. Great place ....a hidden gem!

From little black dresses to capris, from dressy shorts to gabradines, everyone of every style seemed to enjoy Bin 100. Located on the corner of a strip mall, this gem is a chic, comfortable respite from the ordinary. Blending French, Portugese and Italian with a subtle Asian touch, the chef here has created a unique niche in cuisine.
Wth every table taken on a Saturday evening, four of us were able to enjoy dinner without ever feeling crowded or part of another conversation. Helping with the comfort level, was one of the best servers we have ever met. Chris(ty) was amazing. She was friendly, funny, sincere and perfectly efficient.
While they offer a large regular menu, the Price Fixe offering was the way we chose to go. Wonderful appetizers, salad with a perfect house dressing, extensive entrees and to-die-for desserts made the Price Fixe a spectacular choice. This is Food Network taste and presentation with a big "wow" factor. You really want to eat slowly to enjoy the subtle blendings of spice and seasoning.
An after dinner surprise of Choc-au-vin competed a nearly perfect dinner experience.
We highly recommend Bin 100. Take your time, dress up if you like and expect to have a great time.
