I went to try this place out and was disappointed. Its very clean but the cupcakes weren't fresh, not much bakery items to pick from, and it was pretty expensive. We only had cupcakes not sure about the other stuff.

This was our first visit to the new premises which are much larger than at the former location though several feet removed from the heavy pedestrian traffic on Main Street. There is now several tables though only one was occupied during our visit. We had an expiring $15 SaveNowCt certificate. The selection was slim excluding some pedestrian sounding cupcakes so it took us a while to decide. We finally settled on large chocolate cupcake, lemon tart, pecan tart, a pumpkin square and a coconut macaroon. The chocolate cupcake was little more than a dry chocolate cake and the pumpkin square was almost devoid of pumpkin taste. We fared better with the 2 tarts which were good, not great. The last dessert, a coconut macaroon, was past its prime.

We got 4 cupcakes from Fusion through a Groupon. We were pretty excited to try a new backery - especially one we had never heard of before. The cupcakes were dry and the frosting relatively tasty but not exciting. We sampled 4 flavors and could barely distinguish between 2 of the flavors - they seemed the same. They really werent very flavorful, in general. We ended up throwing away half of each one. We didn't even want to finish them, which is a shocker if you know us.
My friend picked up the cupcakes and while there he had a breakfast pastry that he said was pretty good.
