we needed somewhere to stay for one night only and where we didn't have to share a room with our 2 and 4 year olds! On seeing the website I rang and bookes as it looked fab and sounded like it really suited our needs. We arrived late on the Saturday night as we were held up at work and after a call to say we would be arriving late we were made to feel welcome and were met to let us in the cabin as reception was shut - we were given a short tour and the kids were made to feel welcome. There was nothing more you could of wished for in the stables as they were very well equipped and were very clean. The two televisions were a nice feature and the pint of milk for tea was also very welcome. Shame we were not staying longher but I am sure we will visit again.

This is one place you will want to return to again and again.
Self contained accomodation to the very highest standards.
Everything is thought about down to the last detail.
Two washing machines and a dryer outside the reception for guests to use at no exta charge just bring a few wash tabs incase the last guest never left any.
When we left the lodge i received a text to say they had found a SIM card under the microwave....that told me how thourough they clean the lodge!!
This was my second visit here and would definitley recommend.

I stayed here with my partner from Friday the 15th April until Sunday the 18th April. When we arrived the weather was great so that started the break on a good note, Jane then showed us around our lodge and informed us of all the facilities available and local shops and attractions, the lodge was amazing , spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully we loved it. The only downfall would be that one of the people in the lodges had the noisiest dalmation ever barking at 8am ! but that is something you need to bear in mind when you stay at a dog friendly place :) ... other than that we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again and we most probably will
