went for a one night getaway with my husband, who requested a room with a good view. Hotel complied giving us a room on the 26th floor overlooking endless forest and a beautiful sunset. Everything about the room was clean and lovely. We took one day at the spa (spa g) which was also really nice. The one drawback is you have to walk through the slot machine area to get to the hotel elevators, but then it IS in Foxwoods!

Room Tip: facing west, high floor

I did not have the option to say this hotel so it is under MGM. First thing everybody should know is MGM basically has no association to Foxwoods. The name will probably be coming off soon. The tower is still there. But Foxwoods has 4 hotels and this one is the best of the four. It has been remodeled recently and is fantastic. The beds are so comfortable and the room is so well appointed you won't want to leave. There are sensor lights at the bottom of the side tables so you do not need to turn a light on if you get up at night. Very nice touch. Foxwoods is our number casino to go to and always will be. They have decorated so nicely for Christmas. Anybody going needs to see the ice skating rink in the back of MGM. It is magical. This is the best hotel we stay at anywhere. Clean and comfortable. The employees are courteous and friendly. You have so many options for food and going to the spa is the best. Now they plan on adding 80 Tangier Outlet stores (opening 2015). You really will have a total destination. The best!

Room Tip: Go to either MGM or Pequot Tower. Those are the best two. The others are less expensive (The Great C...

I stayed 2 nights in a director suite, room 28120. Plenty of self parking. Check in process a little slow. Clean, modern, Spacious room. Shower pressure awesome. Comfortable bed! Nice Forest view. Bathroom and Jacuzzi; great! Friendly staff. There are shuttle buses (E.T.A. Every 15 minutes) if you don't want to walk to others parts of Foxwoods such as stores, restaurant and casinos. I enjoyed the grand buffet breakfast over veranda cafe. Enjoy your stay!

Picture this... Two queen beds and a cot full of adults and kids...one four year old who had been playing on the floor. Expensive luggage (Louis Vuitton) for two different people, designer pocket books, clothes, shoes...you name it on the floor and the material chairs bc the room is cramped...you enjoy the night, sleep well and wake up to a bed bug crawling past you on the bed...a CONFIRMED BED BUG, with another shed skin under the other bed's mattress... by housekeeping, security and every other time waster they made us speak to with the outcome of putting our stuff in double plastic bags...they would DRY. CLEAN the Louis Vuitton bags... But not guarantee if they were ruined. They offered nothing more than I'm sorry and the night was comp'd, but one room was comp'd anyway.

My review of the MGM is that it's big business as usual. The customer is money and personal service is nonexistent. The fact that we slept with bedbugs and quite possibly could've brought them to several homes was of no consequence. No responsibility was taken beyond the bare minimum, especially when children's safety and health were at stake. The cleanliness was mediocre at best, for the amount of money we paid, bedbug skins should have been handled before we got there. Just Gross.

Good afternoon.
I am horrified to learn about this experience, and wish to advise you that I am unaware of the circumstances surrounding your stay. We have a very thorough and vigilant bed bug prevention program, and take these pests very seriously.
I regret that you were left with such a negative impression of Foxwoods Resort. As your experience is one that I am not aware of, I would be grateful if you would contact me directly, so that I may investigate your claim personally.

In the Spirit of Hospitality,
Stacy Morataya-Pilkington

The MGM at Foxwoods is a very resonably priced option compared to some of the other resorts I have stayed at. Nice room friendly atmosphere. The walk to the elavators to your room is a little out of the way but otherwise I would say I will stay there again.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel in general is a beautiful clean place to visit so we were excited to stay at the hotel this time. The room was also amazing! Everything was clean and in tip top shape! The rooms were spacious including the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room was cozy and modern. The bathroom was also nice and had extra mirrors and the shower had glass doors. The sink was also very fancy! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! It is convenient to the casino itself and the building also connects to Foxwoods Casino. It is also just minutes from Mohegan Sun Casino!

My wife and I stay here every couple of months. The MGM is our favorite hotel at Foxwoods. As far as restaurants go, we usually eat at Junior's for breakfast, and lunch at least once. Good NY style deli restaurant. Shrines, an Asian style restaurant, is ok. The steakhouse is way over priced. Alta Strada, an Italian restaurant, where we have had Sunday brunch, and is just ok. It was nice to see the food court open again, after being closed for awhile. I had spaghetti and meatballs and a pizza at Sbarros recently, and it was terrible.
If I had to pick something to change, the MGM needs to bring in Dunkn' Donuts and add a "Much Better" Sunday brunch.
The rooms, in our opinion, are above par, very clean and comfortable.

Room Tip: The deluxe rooms are adequate and average. We upgraded to a producer's suite on this trip, for...
