Description: Celebrated Chef David Burke will bring his culinary expertise to Foxwoods Resort Casino, with the opening of David Burke Prime on July 9, 2008. All cuts of meat served at the restaurant will be imported directly from Creekstone Farms in Kentucky and dry-aged for 28 to 75 days in the restaurant’s in-house dry-aging room. In addition, David Burke Prime will offer thousands of bottles of premium wine from around the world. Located on the hotel level of Grand Pequot Tower in Foxwoods Resort Casino, the 13,000-square-foot steakhouse will seat 280 people and feature a 35-foot tall wine tower escalating up three stories to the casino level. In addition, the restaurant will include a 28-seat bar and 1,700-square-foot private banquet area, accommodating up to 100 people. Similar to David Burke’s Primehouse in Chicago, which was just voted Best Steakhouse in Chicago, David Burke Prime will feature an aging room with walls lined in imported pink Himalayan rock salt, crafted here in the U.S.

love the food, even for a steak house its a little overpriced for what you get though. Great bar seating, good atmosphere, friendly staff

“Monday is..Lobster night!”
Reviewed June 29, 2014

One of our favorite places to eat in Foxwoods is David Burke's...Mondays is Lobster night!
It's quite popular, so reservations are recommended..You have a variety of choices to pick from.
We choose the steamed( on our servers suggestion).. It arrives prepared to devou...beautiful presentation....equally ,as tasty..we were enjoying our meal..out of the corner of my eye I saw ( what turned out to be ..Maple Glazed double cut bacon..my mouth is watering ) a most unusual presentation..three pieces of bacon hanging by wooden clothes pins! .. We immediately ordered some..and I'm hard pressed to chose which one of our meals were tastier..I mean everything goes great with BACON...we then ended our meal with the cheesecake lollipop tree..which turned out to be two huge cotton candy towers with a variety of cake pops..needless to say we couldn't finish it
( perhaps feeling guilty..we saved some for the kids!).. a most memorable meal
Foxwoods itself is undergoing construction ..both inside and out.
If you're not into smoking and gambling the night away..this perhaps the only reason to go .
A meal at David Burke's ....

“Waste of time and money”
Reviewed June 29, 2014

The only thing good about this place was the music they played. Steaks are like $50-$60 and Outback is better. Sides came cold and we asked them to reheat them. Twice. Then when the bill came, they didn't adjust it for the chilly sides. A class place would have removed them. Steak was disappoiting for sure. 6 guys in their mid 40s and we all agreed like Outback at best. We also agreed that Ruth's Chris kicks tail and this place is no where close to that quality. Music was good though. Go to Juniors instead.

“Great Burger”
Reviewed June 27, 2014

Stopped in for the $5 lunch burger and wow what a restaurant. The waiter was very professional and the restaurant was very upscale. The burger was small but very good!!!!! They came out and the inside was very hot and juicy. Only downside was the fries were a separate purchase and were $10. This is to be expected since it is an upscale eatery. I will be going back next time I visit Foxwoods.
