“good, not great”
Reviewed April 18, 2013

Buffets are getting rather boring. A lot of the same old things. But this one is pretty good. At least the food is fresh.

“great mussels.”
Reviewed April 9, 2013

I agree with all the bad things that are being said about the food quality and lazy service, however, I still love this place. They actually do really amazing mussels-juicy, big and tasty- and the beef brisket is worth a mention. I think their desserts are great quality as well. I also love their brussel sprouts and I think that generally the exciting experience of going there reminds me of being in Vegas.

“Not impressed is an understatement!”
Reviewed April 8, 2013 via mobile

For starters, we weren't seated by a hostess but by a waitress because no hostess was anywhere to be seen. We were seated right by enterance. The waitress seemed over worked and proceeded to tell us there was only one was to go around stations, then took our drink order, brought them and never came back to see if we need more until we were almost finished. She never took plates off our already small crammed table. Food was nothing great. Salad bar was a joke. All the ht food seemed like it was sitting around all day and lacked any freshness. The desserts were plentiful, but also lacked freshness. Got a piece of cake that was so stale it seemed like it was out for days. My kids wanted ice cream. The topping were an absolute mess and never filled let alone cleaned! Over priced and will NEVER eat here again!

“Reasonably priced and food is OK. Not great and not bad.”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

Reasonable priced buffet ($22) with average quality food. Friday and Saturday night they feature seafood. With all the food options at Foxwoods, I would save this for a pig-out rather than a food experience.
