I have been dining at Cavey's for over thirty years and have never had a bad dining experience. I am a huge fan of the upstairs Italian restaurant (in my mind a better value than the more expensive downstairs French restaurant) and am amazed how consistently good the food and service has been. Best tables are either in the front room of the main dining area or the mezzanine in the bar area. Only freshest high quality ingredients are used and perfectly prepared. My favorite dishes are Grandmother's ravioli as a pasta fresca course and organic chicken with homemade sausage, garlic potatoes, fontina cheese and spinach. My wife and I love to cook and always try to order a dish we cannot make as good or better at home. We have never made ravioli, chicken or sausage this good.
