Friday night is great at the Maugle Sierra Vineyard. The music is good for dancing or just relaxing. It is at volume that allows for conversation. The atmosphere is just charming.

Maugle Sierra has a way of drawing people into coming back time and time again. My husband and I found this gem abount six months ago, and we enjoyed ourselves so much we have returned often. The wines are exceptional, and the views are exquisite, but the staff is the thing that kept drawing us back. They are pleasant, professional and so welcoming. They have small bands come in, and they really can make the experience fun!

Had a nice wine tasting this year at Maugle Sierra Vineyards. The young gal was friendly and we enjoyed our tasting. Bought a bottle of wine, sat outside to eat brick oven pizza that we purchase there. There was a band playing music so we enjoyed siting on the patio overlooking the beautiful view

This was the last stop on my friend’s birthday wine tasting weekend. The grounds were nice and reminded me of a camp-like lodge in the woods. The interior space was spacious enough and the bar staff was nice and quick to greet us. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. There was a nice mix of white, red and blush wines to taste and choose from. The woman even let us choose an extra wine to taste as it was our friend’s birthday. The “Sunset red” was delicious and I purchased a bottle for myself but we also purchased a bottle of the equally delicious “Rendezvous” to open and enjoy with cupcakes on the premises. We sat outside, ate cupcakes and drank wine while sitting on Adirondack chairs overlooking the vineyard. It was a pretty great way to end our day.

Granted, it was a bust Sunday afternoon, but we were there for 30 minutes and only received 3 of the expected 6 tastings, by 3 different pourers. Other people walked up to the bar and were waited on and chatted up while my husband & I were ignored. The wines we did taste were all very sour and over priced. Don't waste your time!!! I wanted to give them Zero circles, but couldn't.
