“Yes, it looks like a diner but don't drive by....”
Reviewed June 5, 2013 via mobile

East West Grill is one of the few Asian restaurants that my husband will go to. He orders a curry dish with duck. The most recent time we dined here it was better than ever. Every dish had clean, vibrant flavors- ginger, basil, cilantro with the right amount of heat. The restaurant has recently been "spruced up" as another reviewer mentioned. Cute decorating accents have been added. The night we visited there were fresh peonies from the garden in a large glass vase on the counter. In addition to serving really good food the place is spotless. They are also seem to be working on patio seating in front.

“Update; still a great ethnic restaurant”
Reviewed May 26, 2013

We haven't been to East West for a while and were pleased to find that everything has been spruced up a little. Not that it was ever bad, but I noticed that they've taken away some of the clutter at the breakfast bar and used a little more Asian décor. The seats at the bar and in the booths look new, the hanging curtains are new, and everything just looks nicer. The food remains wonderful. Lots to choose from, with the ability to customize some of the dishes. Try the sticky rice! The is a small children's menu, too. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place. Not much in the ambiance category, but very good food. Nice people as well.

“Small Restaurant, But Good Tasting Food”
Reviewed May 4, 2013

My family and I had dinner at the East West Grill on May 4, 2013. This restaurant is located in an old diner on New Park Avenue. Therefore, the restaurant does not have a large seating capacity, but it is very cozy inside. The menu is very extensive, so it will take you a while to peruse the menu. My wife and I ordered spring rolls and a papaya salad for an appetizer. For a main entree my wife ordered spicy eggplant, and I ordered the Thai spaghetti. Both of us were satisfied with our meals, and everything was perfectly cooked. The service and prices are average.

“Funky & good food”
Reviewed April 6, 2013

Love the fresh food here, the Thai influence, the fresh herbs. Its a funky little place, looks like a converted dinner. Lots on the menu to choose from.
