A nice upscale/up-market restaurant in Hartford, definitely a cut above the other very provinacial offerings available in this capital of Steady habits. Quite reminiscent of a New York hotel restauarnt, say Town in NYC.

Modern and stylish decor - wonderful views of course (if it is not raining) - quite without being a library, very attentive staff. Certainly the best floor management I have experienced in a long time. Cocktails were spot on, and the food was excellent.

We were there on a Friday evening, and would certainly go again.

The only tiny negative is that access from the parking via lobby and elevator is confusing, and could be intimidating: better signage would easily fix this.

The attentiveness of the staff complemented the excellent food prepared for us. The appetizers merit special note since they were not only excellent, but also subtantial. The broiled octopus was uniquely served and tasty. All the entrees we had (lamb, two different fishes) exceeded our epectations. The head chef and restaurant manager were always visible and clearly have trained their staff well. The only criticism we had was the cheese plate dessert was a touch skimpy. Their port recomendation was excellent. And of course, the view of area is unrivaled from the 20th floor. Georgeous. Well worth a visit for a special occasion. It is not inexpensive.

Upscale setting, attentive staff, beautiful view of the city. Although the food was Okay, we were not blown away. Everything was just a bit too salty for our taste.

Wonderful view of the city skyline in a beautiful building. The staff here were very attentive and went out of their way to please us, even opening a bottle of my partner's favorite champagne so she could order a glass.Everything we ordered was excellent and had a lovely presentation. Some very interesting dishes, and nice vegetarian choices. The crab appetizer was what really stood out for us. At the end the check came with lovely little homemade sweets. A wonderful dining experience.

An amazing, amazing Valentine's Day experience. We were greeted warmly by the hostess. As we were several minutes early we sat at the bar and had great cocktails-the fruit infused vodka used in a house martini was superb.
Homemade breads and a flavored butter were supplied to the table..The bouche amusee offered by the chef was very nice, a vegetable purée on a fresh foie gras. The scallop appetizer was fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious. The beef consomme with dumplings was wonderful. The beet salad with buffalo mozzarella was very nice.
The beef short ribs were tender and succulent. The chicken cordon bleu was an artistic presentation and very tender and delicious.
The service was attentive all night with our water glasses always full. There is an excellent selection of wine.
The views of Hartford, the CT River, and the towns south are gorgeous. You can see it from nearly all the tables but obviously those right by the windows afford the best views.
It was a wonderful meal and quite leisurely, about 2.5 hours-very, very nice!
