This is the typical "hole in the wall" type restaurant that people talk about. Ignore the comments about the area of Hartford being dangerous. It is in an up and coming part of Hartford that has grown from being primarily Puerto Rican to now Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Brazilian, Portuguese and more. I never feel unsafe in this area. Luna PIzza, a popular hangout is just a block away. It is family run so if it bothers you that a family actually spends time hanging around in there go someplace else. What you get is great food at cheap cheap prices. I go for the large Pho - beef, tensions, the works. That plus a serving of summer rolls comes to about $14. And I am stuffed. Service is fast, maybe not the upscale attitude you want but again if you want to pay for snooty wait people go somewhere else. Have tried a few of the other dishes and have been here dozens of time with many colleagues and we are rarely disappointed. Menu has all the traditional dishes.
