Both my wife and I are big time sushi eaters...we have eaten at over a dozen different NYC sushi places.
To quickly sum things up...KOTO was top notch! The sushi chefs are very inventive when it comes to making new rolls. We had a special roll they had called a "Geisha Roll” it blew us away. The quality of the other rolls was also very high 8+, cut and prepared very clean and tasted very fresh.
The Hibachi area was packed on both nights we visited...must be pretty good considering the crowd.
