“Good but overpriced with small portions”
Reviewed April 3, 2013

I guess this restuarant fits in with the Greenwich Avenue scene, but unless your wallet is fat and you want to stay extra skinny, look elsewhere.

The European influenced restaurant offers up good food, but, in my humble opinion, way overpriced for such small portions. I understand that the food is of "organic" quality, but even so....

Let me offer up a few examples. $3.75 for a "pot" (two cups) of drip coffee. At minimum, it should be french press for that price. A meal of scrambled organic egg whites with diced tomoatoes and scallions and two pieces of homemade toast goes for $11. The bread is the restaurant's forte and it is very good, but two very thin slices and a few scrambled eggs for that price? Really? Then there is the french toast. Again, it was tasty, but I think it was deep fried and about the size of a donut.

A few other notes. The waitstaff is very friendly but their uniforms are pretty drab. The seats between the table legs are pretty narrow too. A large man (tall or round) might have difficulty feeling comfortable.

“Best Baguette...as close to Paris as you can get”
Reviewed April 3, 2013

If ever in a hurry, drop by the "PQ" and get a Baguette Jambon et Fromage...ham and cheese baguette to go. This is the best I have had outside of Paris. Unfortunately, it is only for take out.
Rest assured though, the eat in menu is just as good. We love the mediterranean platter.
Wait staff very pleasant, and prices are reasonable.
