We have lived in Glastonbury for three years now and like most, we go to a diner or even Friendly's. That all stops after today's breakfast at Ken's Corner! Being Sunday morning, we knew there would be a wait but the question was would it be worth it? After 10 minutes of standing outside in the cold, we finally made it inside where we were greeted with smiling faces and an offer of coffee as we would have to wait a few more minutes. We accepted the coffee and within the next 5 minutes we were seated. Our server, Karen, was bubbly and cheerful and no matter how busy she was or how crowded the place became, she was always one step ahead ready to fill our cups with more coffee and get us any thing else we needed. The food was not only priced very reasonable, but delicious as well. We had the biscuits and gravy and cinnamon raisin french toast . . . both incredible. Before leaving, Karen even offered us coffee to go! All in all, between Karen, the rest of the staff, and of course the food, they have made us want to return every morning!
