Came here on a Friday night and despite the pretty heavy crowd, we were seated in 10 minutes.
The food was pretty average. We enjoyed the Thai Popcorn Chicken which had a good peanut flavor and just the right amount of spice (although I would agree with the other reviewer that they weren't popcorn sized but more golf ball sized.
We were less thrilled with the entrees. I tried the Short Rib Ragu which was more liquid-y than I would expect in a ragu but the flavors were there but the pasta was undercooked.
The service / timing of the food needs serious improvement. We were still looking at the drink menus when the waitress came and when we said we needed a minute, she took about 10 to return. Then, after about a 15-20 minute wait, our appetizer showed up followed up by our entrees about 3 minutes later while we were still eating.
The waitress recognized what happened (seems to be a recurring problem) and apologized which was nice but still meant that our food was getting cold while we tried to eat our appetizer first.
Not sure I would go back until they get a lot more settled into their routine.
