Great help by Miram and Megan at the front desk helping my group out with 23 rooms. One of the better Holiday Inns I have stayed at in a long time.

We stayed just for one hight while visiting family nearby. It was clean. Reception was friendly. We didn't try the restaurant. It didn't seem very busy and was very quiet while we were there. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and game room a lot. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was nothing that really stood out about the hotel, but we had absolutely no complaints. We would stay there again.

My family and I stayed here for one night when we were visiting my brother and his family. Our flight got in too late to have anyone pick us up at the airport. This wouldn't be considered a hotel near the airport but we were able to receive a good rate because of the nature of my husband's employment. We were met by an agent that was not at first friendly with no smile but after receiving a big smile and some conversation he warmed right up. The room we had was small but certainly comfy and the sheets and linens appeared and smelled fresh and clean. There was a flat screen tv, small fridge and microwave that would have been nice should we have needed it. There was also an indoor pool and work out room should we have needed that as well. The coffee in the hotel room was awful but was still better than the free coffee in the lobby!! There was a stone stripping in the floor from the room to the bathroom which was a little high and we had two stubbed toes which was nothing but could be potentially dangerous as someone could trip.

My son lost his very worn and dirty looking stuffed animal and the staff found it and put it in to lost and found. Thank God as my son would have been crushed without it!!

Like I said... we were there for only one night but it certainly served it's purpose for us and should we ever be in the same situation.... we would stay again.

This hotel is very convenient off highway 91, just minutes from Springfield. We noticed that they have an indoor, outdoor pool and hot tub. Seems to be a favorite for sports teams as there were youth hockey players and a college women's soccer team in house. A good value.

Room Tip: Ask NOT to be on the lower level - housekeeping, arcade games, and pool activity.

Gret Place to stay if you are going to Six Flags NE. We stop by at this Hotel for one night. We are frequent travelers and stayed in many Holiday Inns before. This is one of the best. The Hotel is close to Rte 91, at just few minutes of Springfield MA. Many restaurants in the area. The restaurant in the Hotel is great, good variety, and good prices. The staff is very friendly, and the check-in and check-out is just a matter of minutes. The rooms are very clean and recently updated. This is a great Hotel if you want to stay close to major routes, with the comfort of home, the quality of a 5 star hotel at very competitive prices. A must place if you are in the area.

Holiday Inn (Enfield) - If I could give it less than one star, I would have!! First off there was hardly any parking near front of the hotel, they had other parking behind that was available, but the location was not a safe area for me and my family to park as it was a long walk to lobby. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor, as we got into the elevator, hit 3, it went to 4, got back in it and hit 3 again it went to 2, found out that the button for the 3rd floor was broken, we had to use another elevator O.K. now as the cleanliness of the hotel in general, as we were walking to the room there was cups and food trays as well as trash bags with food in the halls, it was 9:30pm, pretty disgusting!!! There was also spilled beer on the bench leading to the elevators - this was a nice first impression. The bathroom ceiling was crumbling, bath tiles where not clean and the white towels where grey. Rug dirty needed a vacuum at the least. We booked 2 nights here so we could take our kids to Six Flag, after seeing the condition of this place, we only stayed one - I ran in to a few other hotel victims here that felt the same as we do –I don’t understand the positive reviews on this hotel... it makes no sense. We have stayed at $60 dollar a night sessional mom and pop motels that where kept up better than. – Warning this is a hotel to avoid!!!

Room Tip: Avoid this Hotel
