A great place for fresh food - although large portions. Clean, quick and good. Many options to choose from although portions run big - good to split with a tween.

I won't comment on the food since it tastes the same at all locations and is pretty good, but this location in particular has awful employees. They are very unfriendly, don't acknowledge you but rather just stare at you waiting for you to order. Most also don't speak English very well... Which is fine.... But they get frustrated with YOU when there is miscommunication.

Good food super quick if you order by Iphone app and just walk to the head of the line to pick up. Super yummy and convenient.

This was my first trip to a Chipotle Mexican Grill. We were curious to try it after seeing Steve Ells on America's Next Great Restaurant. Once I figured out how the ordering process worked (like Subway, only mexican food), I ordered a steak burrito with black beans, cliantro-lime rice, hot salsa, and sour cream. I now know their website gives you all the information about what they have, how to order, and even a mission statement. This was one of the best burritos I've ever had. Terrific flavors, large, and super-fresh taste. I've since tried several other items and variations of toppings, and they are all consistently flavorful and fresh. I do wish there were one or two more rice options, but the cilantro-lime is still very good. At first I considered the prices a little too high, but after actually trying the food, I consider them about right. If I were rating the food alone, I would give it 5 stars.

For me, unfortunately, Chipotle has a few big negatives when it comes to atmosphere and comfort. The music is simply too loud. This, combined with how loud people in line were speaking because it, made ordering very difficult. I had to keep asking my server to repeat themselves, and they couldn't hear me well either. The noise remained just as intense and nerve-wracking when we got to the dining area.

The restaurant itself is 100% industrial in design. Lots of stainless steel and glass, which gives the whole place the acoustics of an oil drum with music blasting inside. There are a couple rows of strange, mushroom shaped stools bolted in place next to tables (also bolted in place). They are way too close together and cramped for anyone over 200lbs. There are several rows of counters with bolted-in-place bar stools located directly in front of the ordering area, which means you'd be eating smack in the middle of the line waiting to place orders. There were two very small stainless steel tables with two stainless chairs at each. I was lucky enough to snag one of them as another customer got up to leave.

My wife and I asked an employee (who happened to be the manager, and very courteous BTW) if all Chipotle's looked like this, and were this loud. He told me they were, and how it is part of a sustainable design. In other words, it's cheaper to do them all the same, and this design reduces labor costs. We told him this atmosphere and layout were terrible for a family with a small child, and the noise level was almost unbearable. He said he heard the same thing all the time, but he could not do anything to change it. He did, however, give us several coupons for free burritos, which we took advantage of the very next day.

Overall, I would encourage anyone to try Chipotle Mexican Grill for the terrific food, but get it TO GO, and not during lunch time. It's just way to loud, crowded, and chaotic to be enjoyable.
