Hampton Inn is becoming a tired brand. While the employees at this hotel were friendly and tried to be accommodating, they are forgetting about most basic traveler needs. Our hotel room was missing: toilet tissues, regular tissues, shampoo, and soap. We had to call down each time we found something missing. We were tired after a long day and just wanted to sleep. The sheets on the bed did not fit the bed. The fitted bottom sheet kept coming off throughout the night. It is time for new bedding.
After one night we moved across the street to the Marriot Courtyard. Much better!

Room Tip: Don't stay here until the renovate!!!

We needed a clean& decent hotel near our kids in Mahopac, NY. I used hilton honors points & cash to stay at the Hampton Inn & could not believe how nice it was for such a good price. We stayed in a nicely furnished King room with a chaise lounge. To our granddaughter's delight The hotel has a large indoor swimming pool & hot tub. There is a full free hot buffet breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes, cereal, yogurt & muffins. It's also very close to the Metro North Railroad station for trips into NYC.

The hotel was really good all round but Lisa behind the front desk was fab nothing was to much trubble to her we could not thank her enough for all her help.
What a great 5 days we had.

The room was one of the most clean smelling hotel rooms we have ever been in. Except for hearing the adjoining toilets flushing, it was very quiet. The HVAC unit was quiet - noise being a common issue there.

You used to be able to rely on Hampton Inn to provide you with a refrigerator and microwave and a decent breakfast. Not the case at this location, you had to request one for an additional fee and they were all out as they have a limited supply. Staff was friendly but not results driven as I had issues with my room that was addressed but never solved. Day staff seemed to be much more in tune then the check-in\evening staff.

Just an ordinary Hampton Inn. Priced a bit high. Room did not have frig, but one was brought in and placed on table. Room and bathroom were small - for the price. Could hear traffic from the highway most of the night.

This hotel had great customer service. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. They also had a very nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would recommend. Note: there was a Chili's restaurant directly in front of hotel which was very convenient.
