Walk around the vineyards, stop in for a tasting or come in for some music in the barn. There are sculptures made of wine barrel stays and a great bistro. Chamard offers a variety of things to do. The staff are friendly and the setting is lovely. My wife especially loves their Reserve Chardonnay.

My husband and I stopped in while looking for something to do one weekend. It was very busy but the friendly staff fit us in at the bar. The staff taking care of us detoured from the usual tasting and let us try just about every wine on the menu.

The tasting pours were substantial. The wines were better than palatable but not amazing. We sat down with a couple of glasses of wine after the tasting and ordered a cheese platter. The artisan cheeses were excellent - the platter was very impressive. Overall, a great experience!

Wine tasting for a Batchelorette part! We enjoyed sampling four different types of wine, the cheese and fruit tray had a nice selection. The tour of the winery was very interesting and I learned a lot. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We stopped at Chamard after shopping at the outlets, on our way we picked up a couple sandwiches and had brought munchies with us from home. The property is beautiful, no doubt about it, however after doing their very expensive and slow tasting, we realized the wine was way over priced and not good. They only had one wine made from their grapes, and it was gross!!!! There is a bistro on the property to order food, therefore you are not allowed to bring your own. We realized this when we notice the signs all over their driveway when we parked stating no outside food! The fun part of the winery is sitting out side and bringing a cooler with your favorite snacks, buy a couple bottles and enjoy the view. Nope, not allowed here. They have a tiny patio with about 8 tables, so good luck getting a seat out there. During the tasting, the waiter left us standing there for about 10 minutes between every wine, and we didn't get to keep a glass with their logo. We left and will never go there again. We went straight to the winery in Portland, amazing time!!!!!!!!

Visited the winery on a Sunday. We arrived what I thought was early around 12:30 PM.
It was crowded we worked our way to the tasting room. They were busy so we ended up at corner end of the tasting counter. The server offered a $15 or $20 tasting. We opted for the $15 one. Not much difference. besides she was so busy it would have been a waste.
Well she poured and told us where the wine was from. But she was so busy we couldn't engage her in any conversation. She just poured and took off. They serve food in the tasting room and she was busy taking orders and bringing out food. The food was good but a bit rushed since they needed the table. People sort of hovering around you to get your table!
I would have liked to enjoy the bottle of wine I ordered instead of being rushed out! I might go back but not on a Sun. would try a week night to see if it's any better.
