“Terrific Lobster Rolls”
Reviewed August 16, 2014

An authentic Lobster shack selling lobster rolls and hotdogs or Italian sausages for carnivores. Very simple after you found a parking spot (there is a parking lot right next to the shack in addition to street parking) - just order at the window, step aside, pay the cashier. After a little while the most delicious lobster rolls, piled high, buttered and on a perfectly toasted (barbecued) roll will be delivered to your table. The lobster rolls are n o t pre-made and then heated, they are stuffed right after the bun has been grilled, can't get any fresher than that! Sodas and water are sold by the bottle, otherwise BYOB with cups freely dispensed. Note however: there is not a full waterfront view as the shack is near a marina and fishery so don't expect uninterrupted seaviews!

“Great place”
Reviewed August 9, 2014

Great, simple lobster rolls that are just lobster and butter, great shoreline setting, very casual, and BYOB. A perfect place on a weekend afternoon in the summer.

“No Frills ... Just One of the Best Lobster Rolls Ever!”
Reviewed August 6, 2014

Lobster Landing is about as causal as it gets, yet the lobster roll ranks right up there among the best in my book. After ordering at the counter (which is outside), you take a seat at one of the outdoor tables. The tables and plastic chairs are sitting on crushed seashells, most of them under a tent. A few minutes later, your lobster roll is delivered right to your table, wrapped in foil and cut in half. The roll isn't just an ordinary hotdog roll. Rather, it's longer and tastes home-baked. The lobster is plentiful with just the right amount of butter, and an unusual hint of lemon.

Your only option for sides is a bag of potato chips. We saw two people who had brought their own potato salad, so I assume that's an OK thing to do. Service is with a smile.

If you love warm lobster rolls (as opposed to lobster salad rolls made with mayo), you will love Lobster Landing.

“The Rolls were Rocking”
Reviewed August 5, 2014

I've tasted other lobster rolls and somehow I thought they were over-rated with all the bread and the filling lacked...well, it lacked lobster! I will often skip the roll and request a bed of lettuce. Not here. The Lobster Landing had just the right amount of bread and filling of lobster with a hint of drawn butter. It tasted fresh and was served warm as promised. For the size of the roll one may think it expensive but it is worth the price. Loved it. The ambiance is rustic so don't expect anything fancy. Staff was friendly.

“The Place for Lobster Rolls ! !”
Reviewed August 1, 2014

Right from the boat to the pot to the roll to you. It does not get any fresher than this! $10 lobster rolls for seniors on Wed nights. Otherwise they are $14. What a deal ! Don't be late. They close at 6 pm even if you are in the free parking lot. It is in a tent by the harbor. There is covered and open seating. Get your order in by 6 and stay as long as you want.
