My wife and I went with a couple of friends (all >40) with varying levels of fitness (and shapes, and sizes). We all had a blast. It is a very well organized ropes course. It is very safe - you are always locked-in to a cable at one or more points at all times. The courses have varying degrees of difficulty that could keep you engaged for several hours over more than one day. We were there for ~2 - 3 hours, which was perfect for us. I look forward to returning with my son.

Went here as a date with the wife and ad a great time. There is a Museum on site but we didn't tour it because we wanted to be a little more adventurous. When you enter the parking lot keep a close eye out for the sign directing you to the zip lines. Besides the Museum and park you will also find a school/daycare on site. We had missed the sign and ended up in the school area but the staff were very helpful and courteous. The staff in the park area were also very helpful and encouraged questions. You should expect a mandatory safety class which will be helpful if its your first time. Courses do start out very basic to somewhat challenging. There are aren't any indoor toilet facilities on site, only Port-O-Potties. So if your squeamish about them it will be more of a challenge once you have all of the equipment on. As a fun note be on guard not to make funny faces as you travel the courses they park does take candid pictures with you realizing it.

Just had our second visit here. This place is fantastic. The staff is very helpful and supportive. We went with two adults and two 8 year olds. All had a blast. The staff gives you a very informative safety lesson before letting you out on the courses. The courses are very well maintained and a blast to try to conquer. They have a port a johns and water available whenever you need it. Family members that don't want to go on the course can follow below on a trails.

We went with 3 kids-- ages 6 through 11. Everyone had a great time. The staff is excellent-- supportive, enthusiastic, and visibly focused on safety at the same time.

Park guides were very helpful, they give novices demo and opportunity to practice. Then off you go to a choice of 6 courses, from young children up to double black diamond! My husband and I went with our 2 teen daughters, good time was had by all, highly recommended.

If you get a chance stop at Two Boots Pizza in Bridgeport, fabulous live entertainment that was free! Order a Brooklyn Lager on tap to accompany your Bourbon Street burger, fried calamari, & Jambalaya, and you've got the makings of a perfect day.
