“Spacious, conveniently located to activities, clean”
Reviewed July 2, 2014

We stayed in this 2 bedroom for one night. We loved how convenient it was to the Adventure Park activities: bungee tramp, alpine coaster, ski lifts/village etc. We could walk everywhere. Live music Friday Nights, plus outdoor movies was a nice bonus for us to enjoy. We had nachos & drinks @ Lime during Happy Hour. Starbucks is across the street in the village along with a few shops for sunglasses, apparel, sports-mtn biking rentals, etc. Beds were comfy. Since it's the mtns in summer, no air conditioning which is annoying at night b/c it does get stuffy if your windows are closed, which ours were b/c the condo is located on main entrance to village & there's the lovely-(sarcasm) train that blows throughout the night! Thankfully there was a ceiling fan in each bedroom. Bathrooms were very nice. Kitchen was stocked well w/granite. We'd stay here again in winter or summer. Good for families. Cheeky Monkey was yummy too.

We checked in late after attending a wedding in Granby Ranch and check-in was quick and easy. The room was very clean, updated and spacious. One small issue was the water pressure in the shower, it was a little more than a trickle which made showering a little annoying. Parking garage was a plus! Will definitely stay here again.

I loved the location of this condo: right across the street from the village and lifts. I loved the heated underground parking ($14/day) and the free ski lockers on the first floor. I did not use them, but there is a large hot tub, laundry facilities, and vending machines. There are ice machines on 2 floors and a trash chute on every floor. We stayed in a studio (efficiency) and it was great for 2 people. There was enough storage for our short trip, but I would have liked more hangars. The kitchen was small but complete and well-stocked. I thought it was a little loud, as you could easily hear everyone in the hallway and some from other rooms, but no one was being loud, so it did not disturb us. There was a nice TV, a gas fireplace, couch, chairs, plenty of seating and lighting.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit over Spring Break in March. We were on the 6th floor, almost overlooking the hot tub. We put the hot tub to good use too. The condo was laid out well and in very good shape. Lots of storage, plenty of kitchen gadgets, lots of channels on cable to watch on the 2 separate TVs, balcony with chairs on it, huge bathroom, comfortable beds with plenty of linens. The refrigerator was a little smaller than we would have liked, we had to store a pizza box on an angle. Shower water pressure left a lot to be desired, but there was plenty of hot water. It was nice that dish detergent and dishwasher detergent was provided. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash items were good quality. Heat in the unit seemed to have a mind of its own - hot even though the thermostat was set low. There were laundry facilities - but they were in use most of the time or one of the washers or dryers were broken. Underground parking (an extra charge during Spring Break) was very nice to use - especially on the snowy days. Ski lockers were nice - didn't damage the condos and conveniently located on the street level. The best thing was the location - so nice to just walk across the street to ski or eat. We didn't have any real problems with the people in the hot tub the nights we were there during Spring Break. Even though it did get a bit rowdy at times (mainly high schoolers), it settled down by 10 pm. And the staff could improve a bit - our room/garage keys didn't work after we checked in and they had a bit of attitude rather than being apologetic when we went to get it fixed. But all in all, I can put up with a few minutes of attitude for being able to cross the street for 5 days to go skiing.

We rented a studio room to ski for the weekend and this was the perfect location. very nice to have ski locker on first floor and then walk across the street to the lifts. Room was comfortable with little kitchenette. Nice large outdoor whirlpool. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed in unit 3511. It was very clean and nicely appointed with granite counter tops and spacious bathrooms. It had a gas fireplace. It was stocked with all the essential kitchen utensils and there was plenty of seating for us to gather and talk and play games.
The only negative was that the hot tub was right below us and it was very loud until 11 pm when it closed. Could sleep 8 people. Very easy to get to the village right across the street but was a little less expensive.
