This hotel was SUPER NICE. From the moment we walked in I was happy. We were moving to Colorado so we left our home and just got off a plane with 2 cats. The front desk was super friendly, the room was bright, clean and up-to-date AND they had breakfast every morning with a waffle maker, eggs, cereal, coffee etc. The girl working the breakfast area was very efficient and made sure everything was stocked and cleaned. We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 cats so there was some cat litter on the floor in the bathroom, I had asked the front desk if I could borrow a broom, they said they would clean it. You don't get that kind of a response much these days. When we checked out we left $20.00 for housekeeping for the litter on the floor (we disposed of the litter boxes and tried to clean up as much as possible). I would definitely stay here again and recommend friends and family to stay there as well. If you have read my other reviews you know that I expect a lot in the places I stay.

Room Tip: If you want a quiet room ask for a room that does not face the "Quaker Steak and Lube" res...

I asked for a quiet room on a high floor, and got exactly that. I reserved a regular room rather than a suite, but it was quite spacious: big bed, desk and chair, nice easy chair, room to walk around. Very clean, attractive room. Staffers all very cordial and helpful. The free happy-hour/dinner is probably better for kids (hot dogs, mac & cheese, etc.) than adults trying to eat healthily, but I happily accepted a free glass of wine. There are plenty of dinner options nearby, sit-down or take-out.

This was our first stay in a Drury Inn. Our friends that live in the area recommended it to us. It is conveniently located next to the freeway and if you like chain restaurants, there are many to choose from that are in walking distance. I believe this to be a newer Drury as it was a very attractive hotel and the rooms are very nice. The staff was very pleasant to deal with as well. This hotel lets people bring their dogs into their rooms and into the common areas (not the breakfast area that we noticed). As soon as we got in our room, people were standing around the elevators talking and evidently one of their dogs would get spooked by the elevator doors. He would constantly bark and the owner never said a word to it. In the evening many of these owners were in the lobby hanging out with their dogs. If you are not a dog lover, pass on this hotel. It would be nice if they had a policy of keeping the pet owners on a separate floor from the non-pet owners. The breakfast was standard hotel fare but it was well prepared and fresh.

My wife and I lived in Westminster for twelve years before relocating to Nevada. Each year we travel back for a week or two in the summer to visit friends and neighbors while escaping the Nevada inferno. We've stayed at many of the hotels in Westminster, Springhill Suites, Doubletree. Westin etc. as we are members of all the major hotel clubs and know the area well. This was our first visit to Drury Inn as it was still under construction at the time of our 2012 visit (we stayed at Springhill Suites that time). We really liked Drury. We had a two room suite, which has been well described by others, that meets our needs very well. The lack of a window in the living area does make it a little darker than say the Embassy Suites in Denver but it's not a big deal to us. The rooms were very fresh and clean and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly. They offer a complimentary breakfast which has a reasonable choice of items. a popcorn machine in the afternoon, and an evening "meal" which includes limited complimentary alcoholic drinks. We almost never seem to be around during that period but the one time we were we found it enjoyable. All in all we found the Drury Inn & Suites to be an excellent choice when visiting Westminster and we will be back there next summer.

This is our second stay, as a family, at this hotel. What a great hotel! It is close to some great restaurants and shopping. 20 minutes from Downtown Denver and all it has to offer.

My compliments to the excellent management and employees. It is evident that you have great pride in your hotel.

Our family of 4 made a last minute road trip out to the Denver area and stayed in 3 different hotels. My husband had a conference at the Westin but the rooms were booked. We chose the Drury instead based on the great tripadvisor reviews. After walking into the Westin this place is clearly not on the same level but all the same was clean and fresh looking. We stayed in a 2 room suite which is two large spaces separated by a heavy door. The first room you step into is the living room and it had no windows, a couch & chair, ottoman and side tables with a television and a little desk area as well as the bathroom (no fan) and a small counter area with a small fridge and single cup coffee maker. Through the door and you reach the bedroom which is also spacious with a small closet, television, and 2 queen beds in there. The large windows were nice and we were on the top floor so if you stood on one side you could see the mountains. I was told the suites are all stacked in one area that doesn't have the best views so the higher up that you get the better chance for a view. The included breakfast had many choices but nothing was very appealing to me. I just had a waffle or bagel and coffee. It was fine & free so that is great. If you can believe this they also put out a dinner time spread with hot dogs, pasta, baked potatoes and drinks...they also open a little bar and have like a happy hour and each adult can get two free alcoholic drinks. The pool/ spa were fun with an indoor/outdoor swim under section and the workout room was nice too. The only thing I didn't like was no windows in the living room section of the suite and the decor was not my taste. Otherwise this is a great value for a family, who wants something clean and nice but can't (or doesn't want to) pay the Westin price.

The Drury had lots of food. Hot dogs, chicken fingers, bake potatoes, salad, macaroni and cheese, nachos and cheese, beer, wine, mixed drinks, pop corn, pop machine , and soup and more. That was from 5:30 pm. In the morning for breakfast it was waffle machine maker, scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, oatmeal, and toast, banana, oranges, yogurt, milk and more. The hotel is new and clean. There is a swimming pool and hot tub. Workout room and business center with two computers and printer. Nice comfy beds. Thank you Rita Bennett and Steve Nordstrom from Westminster Colorado
