We had a very nice visit. We attended the talk about bees and learned quite a bit from someone who has lots of experience. Rosie the tarantula was an exciting part of our visit and the pavilion was beautiful.

This is a great place to take photos. You will need a monopod and not a tripod. Children especially enjoy a butterfly landing on them.

What a great little museum! We had a fun afternoon looking at all of the beautiful butterflies and being part of the group to watch the new ones being released. The bonus was being able to hold Rosie the spider! The staff was great and they were able to answer all of our questions.

Always looking for a place to take our 10-month old twin sons .... this was one of the few where they really seemed enthralled by everything. They were both very excited watching the butterflies flutter past them. Highly recommend for parents of infants or older children. I thought it was pretty interesting as well.

My sister and I took out kids on a Tuesday afternoon and we had the place pretty much to ourselves. As usual, the kids rushed through everything. We wanted to take more time to relax and enjoy. There were other (perfectly healthy) children there that were distracting as they were all screaming and afraid of the butterflies. Parents, please pry the electronics from your children and take them outside so they are afraid of butterflies!

We all held Rosie which was very nice. She weighs nothing!

It does not take long to tour the entire thing attraction but you can spend as much time as you like enjoying the butterfly pavillion.

Friendly staff and a nice facility.
