Unlike most things you will ever see. Seems rickety and dangerous so be careful. But very interesting to see if you're in the area.

This place is very fun, but watch your children. There are so many places to climb and have fun exploring, but be aware that children could fall and get hurt, you play and climb at your own risk. Gift shop is full of fun different kids and adult things. The builder and owner is an adventure all of it's own.

I grew up not too far from the castle and I still love it! There is something exciting to see around each corner. I still find is amazing that it is being built by one person and still a work in progress. One of my friends got married here and it was beautiful!

Words and pictures fail to convey the magical essence of Bishop Castle. If you're anywhere with reach and choose miss it, you're foolish. The first time I visited, I compared it to living next door to the Sistine Chapel whilst Michaelangelo was painting, and not being aware of what was so near. http://www.bishopcastle.org/

The fact that the guy has built the place entirely by himself is a testament to the human sprit....definitely a "must see"
