This was our first trip to Vail and we stayed in Condo #305. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. We had 4 adults, 3 kids. Sleep arrangements accommodating. The master bedroom had a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom had 2 queen beds and was connected to a bathroom. There was also a queen size pull out sofa bed. The kitchen was nice and was equipped with everything that we needed to cook full meals. We went to a grocery store in Denver so that we didn't spend a lot of money on food in Vail.

The condo is about a 5-7min walk to the lion head village and slopes and is not hard walk. My 5yr old son was able to walk it a couple times a day to go skiing in freezing (-7 degree) temps. There is also a local bus stop that is about a 1-2 min walk that takes you to Vail village, and the bus is free. The bus stops frequently so you are not waiting long for it. We did not use our van the whole time we stayed in Vail because of the convenience of the location of the condo.

The gentleman in the front office is very nice and was willing to accommodate us with a late check out.

The negatives of the condo are:
-there is no place to put your snow board or ski's
-the front door does not close very well, and so after having dinner in the village we came back to our door wide open, but luckily no one stole our stuff
-the toilet and shower is very small
-The condo was a little outdated
-There are no electrical outlets near the bed to charge your phones.
-We did not have covered parking so when it's snowing it can cause an issue if you need anything in the car
-There is no physical person at the front desk after a certain time, so if you need anything there is only an after hour emergency contact.

What a great stay! We were there for a soccer tournament and for the same price as a hotel room we got 2 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Tvs in all the main rooms. Check in was easy.

This is a 40 years old building, and the exterior is not as fancy as many of the new facilities. However, inside of my unit (407) it is roomy and very well updated. We had a 2 bed 2 bath + loft unit on the top floor with valuted ceiling. The view to lionhead lift is also great.

The rental we paid for this stay is significantly lower than similar condos in Vail vilalge or Lionshead. With low cost, good location, spacious rooms, Vail international is truy a great value. A discliamer: some units may be less updated than others.

I did notice more noise in the pool area than many of the other Vail properties we have been to, with kids running around.

I just stayed here for a week while recovering from surgery at Vail Valley Medical Center, which is conveniently located next door. I was given an excellent rate because of my medical treatment. The condos are great, comfortable enough to live like a traditional apartment. Well furnished, comfortable living spaces, and nice kitchens. Excellent location, great staff, nice outdoor pool. All good things here.

Some friends and I recently rented a condo at Vail International in Lionshead Village. We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.

Everything about the unit, and the property were great for us. We were only about a 5 minute walk from the main part of Lionshead Village. I thought this would be a bit of a problem, but it really kept things quiet at night.

The condo was spacious enough and had room for 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware, and silverware. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, and they were restocked each day.

Don was good enough to even give us a bit later check out time so we could ski a few hours on our last day in Vail.

I would definitely recommend Vail International as a place to stay while in Vail.

We first started coming to Vail International 26 years ago. Back then it was with many families all taking Spring Break together. Now we are coming with our family which includes our granddaughter for our family vacation. We love the Vail International....a short walk to the Lionshead Gondola or to Vail Village. The bus stop is close and services both Vail Village and Lionshead.
The condo we rent has two bedrooms and two baths and two lofts (one with a full bathroom).
Our granddaughter usually brings a friend and with sleeping for 8 we can have our whole family and relatives too. We absolutely love everything about the Vail International. There is no better place a family could be for their ski vacation. We felt very very well taken care of at all times day and night. It is an absolute must if you are vacationing in Vail.

We had a large ski group come to this property a few weeks ago. The pricing was very aggressive and customer service was great with flexibility on bedding and available rollaways. We will definitely come back to this property again!
