This hotel is mountain luxury, but has all the amenities to justify the cost. A/C, mini fridge, cozy beds, clean rooms, a spa, a full scale gym with free classes!, free parking, the best location for food/shops/parks/gondolas. We've stayed in Vail for more than ten years and this hotel is by far, the best.

I love this place because it has top quality rooms and one of the town's top restaurants, but is insulated from the sometimes irritating evening noise of other hotels so close to the lifts. Its mountain-facing rooms adjoin the only remaining wetland patch of natural growth in the entire Vail Valley, a rare and comforting experience punctuating the views of Gore Creek and the mountain.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to write such a nice review. We agree our restaurant Terra Bistro is great and having breakfast included in the room rate is a great amenity for our guests. We also agree on our great location Vail Village. We hope to see you again.

Wonderful lodge....small and charming with a great location, view and staff. We stayed in the king, mountain view room. Just wish there was a balcony to sit and enjoy the view and creek but we did sleep with the sliding door open to hear the creek. Can't wait to return!

Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again. Summer time is great time to stay in one of our mountain view rooms and listen to the Gore Creek right outside. Look forward to seeing you again. Thanks

We stayed here for 8 days, the day before my daughter’s knee surgery and 7 days post op. The staff was more than accommodating. They drove us to and from the hospital whenever we needed, loaded the wheelchair, provided recommendations in the village, brought us ice, gave my daughter Tylenol, helped us in the elevator and up and down the steps, loaded out refrigerator when our grocery delivery came and brought us room service. The service was exceptional.

So happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. Having to stay in Vail after surgery is never easy and I am happy to hear the staff did all they could to make it as best as possible. Hope your daughter is getting better and we hope to see you again.

We had a lovely room on the top floor and it was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need! The bathroom was large with a lovely deep soaking tub as well as a shower. The restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast was included with quite a nice choice. A tiny front desk which seemed odd but it worked and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was very well appointed in the village.
