Beautiful hotel, friendly front desk staff. For parking, you can use the hotel valet for $30/night or use the town’s parking lot for $25/night. Full breakfast is about $17, but you can also purchase a la cart if you only want cereal, oatmeal, or pastries. The lobby is beautiful with an outside seating area. The room was very clean and pretty, but I could have used a small desk. The room had a tea kettle in addition to a keurig which was a nice addition for those of us who prefer tea. We booked the last room available (405) that night, so other rooms may be better. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The room was located in the front of the hotel and it was noisy. We heard the dumpsters slamming all night. Overall a very nice hotel, but I suggest requesting a room facing the back.

We received an invitation for a discount on reservations because we were repeat clients.We have always had a wonderful experience with the Tivoli Lodge. We stayed with the lodge on June 22, 2018. We checked out the afternoon before the 3rd night of our stay, which was an early departure. Upon check out, I received a receipt that indicated the room charges for 3 nights with a credit for the early check out (we did not stay the 3rd night). It also indicated charges for the two days of parking which we used. After my credit card processed, i found that not only did they not give us the credit for the early check out, they recharged us our 2 day parking fee three days after our check out date. As of 90 days later, we are still battling for closure and refund for services we were charged and did not receive. The hotel is not responsive to either me or to my bank. Needless to say, our stay is tainted for life. The room was in great need of repair (wobbling chairs, no ottoman, no table, beds sagging) and not one of their better rooms and the service was not what it used to be. I think, because we got a very good discount from their offer, that they are looking for ways to make up the difference. After speaking to Wells Fargo, they are equally frustrated with the lack of response from this establishment. So, beware. They lost good customers. I am appalled that a printed receipt, from this caliber of hotel, from the front desk was not honored.

The staff was exceptional in responding to our needs and requests. My wife was feeling poorly and felt she needed to be checked medically. The staff contacted a Doctor to consult with her. We were very pleased with the responsiveness of the hotel staff. Thank you.

Very nice room and property. Would like to have had a more firm pillow. They were super soft but very flat. The room was very clean and the customer service was good. It's a couple of minutes walk into Vail Village, so it is a great location.

September is the perfect time to visit Vail, CO, and the Tivoli Lodge is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are luxurious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the evening and just enjoying the fresh mountain air. From the hotel, you can see the gorgeous golden aspen trees on the side of the mountain.
