We just returned from a stay at Tivole Lodge and can not say enough great things, this place was wonderful! The staff was amazing and just made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and incredibly helpful! I would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone. We also thought the price was incredibly reasonable. We will be returning!

Room Tip: The mountain view was very nice.

Excellent staff, beautiful hotel. I'm a very critical person when it comes to surveys but the Tivoli was perfect. Came to celebrate my wife's birthday and this was the best choice for lodging by far. Great room, friendly staff down to the housekeepers.

Clear, warm and welcoming. Every time we re-entered the lodge from exploring the Village, we were greater and asked if we were enjoying ourselves and if we needed anything.

This hotel has so much character! It's just really beautiful to look at. The wood trim, the attention to detail. It's just there. We feel in love with it upon pulling up to the door. WOW! You will love it! The slopes were closed, so I cannot speak to the convenience to the chair, but we had a GREAT view of the slopes. Otherwise, we walked to all meals. Shopped. Had massages across the street with a 10% discount. We could not have been happier with the location. The staff was amazing. Just kind and helpful. Not over the top. Just nice. The rooms were beautiful...again. We were on the 4th floor, room 408 and had a great view of the slopes. There was a gas fireplace (one a timer) that was nice for going to sleep to. The bed and pillows were amazing. I could not complain....except that there was nothing for background or distraction noise. I normally use my ceiling fan rattle at home to drown out other noise. There was nothing to help with this here. Thus, I awoke here and there due to showers or doors. Nothing the hotel could control. My husband sleeps through everything and was not affected at all. But I am a "Mom sleeper" and awake at all sounds. So, I would have looked for a white noise app or something along that line to help me out. There was also not an ipod, or pandora player, which seems fairly common these days. Again. this was not a game changer, but something to plan for. Otherwise, we had a mini fridge, coffee maker and a small microwave, but we didn't use the latter two. The Starbucks in the lobby was too wonderful, so we walked down and through the elevator to the lobby for coffee. I will tell you the continental breakfast is pathetic. It was muffins that were certainly store frozen muffins. It had about 6 types of cereal with only whole milk. There were apples (only). And then there was some kind of instant oatmeal. I would suggest for a hotel of this caliber that they offer more in this area. I think that in CO, fruit is certainly common. Adding bananas wouldn't cost much. There are plenty of places for breakfast, but if you're skiing, you won't want the bother. Maybe bring a box of pancake mix and do pancakes on a griddle (you'll have to bring...or they could offer one via calling down) if you want an ok and on the go skiing breakfast. Anyway, it was just an amazing place!!! I would go back in a heartbeat! I hope you visit them!!!!

We recently took a quick trip to Vail with our five month old chocolate lab puppy. Tivoli Lodge exceeded every expectation. Our room was fantastic with additional doors opening into a protected grassy park - perfect for the puppy. We were in walking distance to everything. Also, the front desk experience was incredible. We were given great local recommendations for restaurants and activities. The service was warm and inviting.

We have found our Vail vacation! We will be back....often!!

We just stayed over the weekend and used credit card points to stay. The staff was amazing, very friendly, efficient and professional. Tyler went out of his way to help us find things to do around the area. No hidden resort fees, the only thing we paid extra was for the parking, and at only $17 dollars a day for Valet and being able to go in and out was a great deal for that area and we never waited more than two minutes for our car. The room was immaculate and cozy. Loved the oversized soaking tub and the fireplace was very romantic. Our stay was quiet, relaxing and peaceful. The views of the Mountains was an added perk. It is very centrally located and easy to find. There were restaurants very close, within a five minute walking distance. The lodge was very rustic and cozy but still very updated and elegant. Wished we could've stayed longer.

My girlfriend and I were both in need of a weekend to catch up on some needed quality time. We searched long and hard in different areas in Colorado for a place to stay for a weekend and we found this gem at a great price and thought it'd be great. This hotel offered a great experience for us, as we had everything for a romantic weekend in the Mountain View Room. We had a balcony, a cozy fireplace, a large comfortable bed, and a great bathroom with the option of a large tub, or a great stand up shower with body jets. We thought it was great too that we had our own thermostat in the room, because the fireplace was a great centerpiece for our weekend as we were able to catch up on life and drink wine. This would warm the room up quite a bit, and to quick cool it we could open the patio door, but when it came to going to bed it was nice to be able to set the fire timer for thirty minutes, and have the thermostat set to 68 degrees, because we love crawling into a cool bed and have the room stay cool throughout the night.
The Vail Village is also a short 2 minute walk away with a large variety of places to eat and shop. If hitting the slopes is your thing, this hotel has options practically right out it's back door.
The staff was also very knowledgable, helpful, and prompt.

We took a weekend trip to Vail in the fall. The Tivoli exceeded all our expectations with a great room that was very spacious, light and nicely decorated. The bathroom was well laid out with very modern fixtures. This was one of their "tower" rooms and was well worth the price. The location is great since it's a very short walk to Vail Village and the village parking garage. It's also in a quiet area with easy access to Gore Creek trail. We definitely recommend the hotel.
