“Beautiful property, super nice staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 23, 2013

The Tivoli Lodge is located in Vail Village, walking distance to everything fun. The hotel staff was always very helpful and friendly, and helped us store our mountain bikes. If we return to Vail, we'll definitely stay here again.

What a nice surprise this hotel was. Very classy with heavy furniture and uniquely decorated to fit a Mountain Resort.

Staff was excellent and always trying to help you.

The rooms were over sized and very nice with a great bed.

The room could of used a desk for working but thatt is the only negative thing I can say.

The owner stays in the hotel and keeps a big brown lab and cat with him as he wonders the hotel everyday. He was very nice and always wanted to know how the hotel could do better.

This hotel reminded me of a small Ritz or Four seasons. A great value in my opinion.

We just returned from a three night stay. When making our reservation we were upgraded to a Mountain Tower View room. The room was large, beautiful and very romantic. Hotel had a beautiful lobby with mountain views. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions about the area. Perfect location for exploring the town. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here in May 2013 and we had the hotel to ourselves. Friendly service, nice, clean rooms. Spent a few hours in the hot tub. Just a few minutes walk to town. Strange to see a cat and dog running around the hotel, but they were great too.

We stayed here for 2 nights in June, 2013. The hotel was beautiful - lovely lobby, clean beautiful rooms. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, the breakfast was very good and the location was perfect. I can't think of one item that could have been improved during our visit. We were very comfortable here and would love to come back again during any season!

We visited Vail in June, so I can only imagine how gorgeous this hotel would be in the snow as it has a fantastic alpine feel about it....A lobby with a bar with a huge fireplace and a cosy, welcoming atmosphere, and the outlook to the mountain and ski field behind the mountain.....beautiful! The check in was efficient and professional and the rooms, oh so very quiet and cosy, but also very spacious. The rooms are also perfectly clean and well maintained. You cannot go wrong booking a room here.

Ditto to what everyone said about how great this place was. I thought they would up-charge us on some extras, and while vallet parking was $17 per night the free (for summer) public garage is two blocks away. Internet was free as well. We paid slightly more for a mountain view and glad that we did.

Being the first time I have stayed in Vail I did wring my hands somewhat about staying here or there. Don't over-think it. Vail Village is relatively small and the Tivoli Lodge has a great location and would stay there again.

Room Tip: Even-numbered rooms face the mountain. Given that there was no balcony it was nice to open the wind...
