I love this place! The staff was super polite and accommodated every whim; genuinely concerned with making our stay memorable. Our 2 bedroom suite was beyond expectations and had a beautiful view of the mountain. The food is very good and the wine selection at Block 16 is extensive. The Day Spa has a variety of services and will please most. Although centrally located in the village, there is a shuttle should you feel a bit lazy to walk. Would definitely stay again. The photos posted on their website do not do the hotel justice.

A great welcome by all staff and a very impressive hotel in Vail, with lots of amenities and beautiful architecture. Everything was clean and in great condition, and the bedrooms were fairly roomy and came with everything you need (except milk for coffee, but room service was very quick to come to the rescue).

The only pet peeves we had about the hotel is that valet parking is non-optional and non-complimentary, so will add $25 to your bill (plus there's resort tax to add to your bill). Also the room was a little noisy due to the fridge turning on and off, and we could hear noises from adjoining rooms. Aside from these small issues, it was a very nice hotel.

It was truly a pleasure to have an opportunity to stay with the folks at the Sebastian in Vail. From the day we arrived to the day we left, we were treated with dignity and amazing service. Every one on the staff was as helpful as possible. We had the opportunity to enjoy the pool and jacuzzis. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here right before the kickoff to ski Season. The service was amazing! The hotel is beautiful. The pools have 4 hot tubs and a heated pool that we where swimming in comfortably while it was 30 degrees outside. Rooms where clean. Love the fact that it's right in the heart of vail village!! Would stay here again during my next trip to Vail.

I LOVED staying at The Sebastian! I just got home and can't wait to go back. It's a new, trendy, boutique resort hotel in the heart of Vail that is romantic for couples and both kid and pet friendly, too. There were bikes and a wagon for guests to use and pets were welcomed with their name on a chalkboard dog sign and dog treats in a glass jar at the front desk! They only allow pets on certain floors and those rooms have bowls and even beds for your pets! The staff was wonderful, warm & friendly and made sure we had a fantastic time. Make sure your stay includes a Friday night for sparkling wine and the best white chocolate truffle popcorn you've ever tasted!

Room Tip: Ask for a room close to the elevator. It's feels like a maze if you are too far away from the e...

From the moment I pulled up to the entrance of The Sebastian to the moment I drove away, I felt so welcome. The staff was the friendliest I have ever seen at a hotel. They were attentive throughout the whole visit and always checking to be sure I was having a great stay. The rooms were so clean! I was so comfortable there and had plenty of my own space in a shared room. The location was great too, with easy access to the shops, restaurants and gorgeous views. I can't stop thinking about how great it was. If I ever have occasion to visit Vail again, I'm staying here!

If you are heading to Vail, I highly recommend a stay at The Sebastian. From the moment you arrive you will be greeted and taken care of by staff that truly knows the value of excellent customer service. All are friendly and ready and willing to make your stay the best possible. The Sebastian is beautiful inside and out. With skiing and shopping available just steps away, and picture perfect surroundings, you will find no better place to visit.

Don't forget to make time for a visit to the Bloom Spa located inside The Sebastian. With great service offerring as well as beautiful one of a kind jewelry and other specialy items, you will want to go back again and again (I sure did!).
