We had a very good stay at this resort. The staff was very knowladgeable and friendly and extremly helpful.
The Condo, A one bedroom, was very well appointed and comfortable and looked like it had been remodeled recently.

I had traded this in for a timeshare in Breckenridge for our ski trip during the President's Day week and had read the somewhat mediocre reviews so we weren't expecting much. Our family was more than pleasantly surprised - we were all very satisfied with the facility. Everything in the unit was clean, there were more than enough towels for the four of us, there were enough utensils in the kitchen, and the kids were happy that they had their own private space. (The coffee maker didn't work, but that was no big deal.) A small mall with a Safeway is across the highway (about two minutes away by car) so you can get everything there if the high prices of Vail start to get you down. The shuttle bus to the mountain was very convenient and we never waited more than five minutes going to and coming back from the lifts. The drivers were very courteous and it made the entire experience that much more enjoyable.

I think the only complaint we had was that the staff wasn't very knowledgeable about the mountain nor its surroundings - a lot of the stuff that they told us didn't turn out to be correct. Use the free WiFi to get the information that you need - otherwise you may be led astray.

My wife and I were visiting family in Colorado. We wanted to visit the fab Glenwood Springs and decided to stay a couple of night in Vail. This Marriot was well located and great value for £75 per night. The apartment consisted of a master bedroom with the excellent usual Marriott King Size bed. Plasma TV, large whirlpool bath and separate shower and toilet. There was a second bedroom with two double beds and bathroom as well as TV. An open plan living room with comfortable settees dinning table and a well equipped kitchen area. All rooms had wall to wall picture windows with great views of the mountains.

There was a small club house with a swim in swim out pool as well as hot tub. In front of our building was a separate hot tub and a seating area with logs to use at the out door open fire area just next to a stream, very nice.

All in all I felt this was great value for money, we could have slept 8 in the apartment for the same price! We enjoyed our short break and were very comfortable.

We checked in for a week at this property and were highly disappointed. Our condo was in an old run down building (Douglas building). It reminded us of a motel 6 and felt a little unsafe to us. The linens were stained, mattresses old and uncomfortable, bathrooms tired and unclean. Need I say more...this place should be ashamed to call itself a Marriott! Also the ski locker was broken..the guy at the front desk was polite and in agreeement with us, but unable to do anything about it. Please be warned before you book this place..there are some newer units, but if you get stuck in the older building, you will regret it!

My wife and I stayed here for one night with our 14 month old son. The staff was friendly and the rooms were adequate. They could use a remodel but for $99/night, you can't go wrong. It's located one exit up the road from the heart of Vail and they have a shuttle that will take you there and pick you up at no charge.

It's not the nicest Marriot timeshare we have ever stayed at and I wouldn't even put in the top 40%. Since the price is lower than most Marriott timeshare resorts, I don't mind taking a step down in quality.

The view from our balcony was of the woods and it was very quiet and peaceful.
