Anyone who has skied Vail/BC knows what a wonderful experience the terrain and conditions can give you and that you don't need to seek out much more. But imagine skiing trackless powder runs between trees and vast above the tree line areas.
It's a priceless ($400+tip) adventure that possibly comes as close to floating on a cloud as a skier can get. PLUS THERE ARE NO LINES!!! One once in a lifetime run after the next depending on who falls over and needs a hand getting up (have you ever been in powder so perfect that you arms or poles make planting useless in helping you get up???). Hence the tip for the guides.
The convenience and safety factor were exceptional not to mention the lunch in the mountain yurt! Thank you Vail Powder Guides.
