I have seen huge concerts. Iv'e watched small shows all over the world. This is the best venue for actually hearing the nuances of the music......Beatiful

“Beautiful outdoor venue”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 25, 2013

the Ford Amphitheater is East of the Town of Vail (TOV) with access by TOV bus. Fantastic artists perform in Vail from ballet to fine music. Tickets are generally easy to obtain. Bring your picnic and a fine beverage. Enjoy the beauty and the arts.

“The last night of the Philadelphia Orchestra”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 25, 2013

What a lovely place to attend live performances. I sat under the shell, but those on the grass had just as good a seat.

It's lovely that you can bring a picnic and enjoy a performance while those under the roof can sip champagne. Something for everyone.

“Fabulous outdoor Amphitheater”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 10, 2013

We have vacationed in Vail village every summer the past 9 years. Sometimes with other adults but also with grandchildren ages three and up. it is a wonderful family friendly theater whether it is the "Free Hot Summer Nights" on Tuesday, the Children's Theater production of "Annie" or the Symphony or the ballet. Something for everyone and the accustics as well as the location of the theater seats or lawn seating are just fabulous. trust me, this is the place to be.

What a wonderful evening picnic in perfect weather, sitting in the beautiful mountains and sipping on great wine! The conductor of the Dallas Philharmonic has a great personality and made the evening so much fun!
