If you want a great place to go as a couple or family, there isn't a much better place than Vail. There is so much to do in both summer and winter months for everyone including biking, kayaking, rafting, jeep tours, hiking. eating. shopping, movies, bowling, great jazz and more.

So many to choose from, it's easy to satisfy everyone's tastes and budget. Lots of outdoor dining to enjoy people watching.

the Valley stretches quite a ways and there are many different communities from ultra chic with lots of second home owners to wonderful year round communities like Edwards. Edwards offers all the services of a small town plus more. It is just 15 minutes from Vail and even closer to 2 other ski areas. Great activities all over, fabulous restaurants in this small town, great place to live.

There are so many things to do in Vail Village. Parking was free on our visit. We walked up and down the streets and window shopped, let out kids get their feet wet in the creek, and let them run around in an open fountain. They had a wonderful time. We watched people ride bikes, shop, dance, and generally enjoy themselves. Althought we only enjoyed this in summer I would love to see it in the winter.
