Thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. Didn't have a reservation, so sat at the sushi bar. Staff is very busy, but very welcoming. Cause we sat at the end of the bar, where they made the drinks, the bartender was multitasking, but was gracious at the same time, took our orders and was very knowledgable about the food. Recommended the Kale salad which was delicious. When the area cleared out by the sushi prep area, they all helped us move down the bar. We ordered two special sushi dishes and the black cod for dinner for the two of us and added one more roll to finish. I recommend eating at the sushi bar as it was very enjoyable to watch the chefs prepare all the dishes. This was one of the more expensive meals we had in Vail, but I think it comes with the location. Definitely be adventurous and try their special sushi dishes... They are worth it.
