We had a very very special meal. When I first walked in I thought it might be good because I saw the Chef Jason Harrison out talking to customers as we were being seated. He came by our table after we had our food. They have a brand new menu and it was apparent he was instrumental in its development. The Bison steak and even the chicken were spectacular. They use a variety of rubs of your choice. But really the cuts of meats and the way they prepare them are exquisite on their own. Save room for desserts because the variety plate will finish you off with a full stomach and a smile.
