This place was great. We even were able to have a pet friendly room with no amenities sacrificed. We had a balcony facing the mountain and the lift was right out the door. Great views, great service, and a great restaurant.

Vail Cascade is one of my favorite hotels in Vail and I try and stay there at least once a year. The rooms are spacious and nice and if you join their membership club, you will receive an upgrade whenever one is available. They will also allow you to check in early, which is great if you are skiing.

They have a pool and hot tubs, restaurant and bar and the market store is great for coffee and snacks.

Parking is free during the slower months and the hotel has a shuttle to Lionshead and Vail Village.

Room Tip: Rooms on the front courtyard can be a little noisy during peak season. The mountainside rooms are be...

We have been here twice and the ease of getting on the slopes, the kind and attentive service and the good food brought us back. We hot tubbed, took yoga classes, relaxed and ate in the cheery bar area, ate wonderful breakfasts from the buffet in the dining room, hopped on the free shuttle to visit other areas of Vail, after consulting with the helpful concierge, and enjoyed our cozy beds.

I stayed here as part of a work sponsored charity event. The location was wonderful. I had a most spectacular view from my room. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. It is a ski in ski out location that is quite convenient. I hope to travel back again someday with my children. And if you want to host an event here, I highly recommend Vail Cascade. The food was very good and the facility was great.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. We loved every minute we spent here. The view from our room was fabulous overlooking Gore Creek, Vail mountain and the ski out Cascade lift. We were a bit worried about noise when we were checked into a room on the main floor of the hotel, however, everyone staying here was extremely respectful of the other guests. It was virtually silent from 9pm-8am. Our king size bed was very comfortable, and the kids didn't complain about the pull out sofa. Bathrooms are large with double vanity and separate wet area. Our room had a mini fridge which was nice for snacks and drinks. The staff was incredible, valets could not have been friendlier, concierge was helpful with dinner reservations and snowmobiling tours, our bellman went out of his way for us, even offering to take family pictures on our balcony as we were leaving. On site ski rental and storage at Charter Sports allowed us not to wear our ski boots back and forth to the room (skis, poles and boots were stored for you in the afternoon and delivered to the lift in the morning). We were literally 80 footsteps from the lift to our room. Kids loved the outdoor heated pool which overlooks the creek and mountain. The restaurant had a good full service or buffet breakfast, the market had continental breakfast options plus tea and coffee, and the bar was busy every evening. Can't say enough good things about this resort. We will definitely return...hopefully sooner than later!

Room Tip: We stayed in room 181, gorgeous view, small balcony overlooking creek, lift and mountain, morning su...

I have been to this property before and loved it then but that was several years back. They have done renovations since adding a restaurant, etc and its beyond wonderful! We felt like part of a family. The service was wonderful, concierge was helpful and truly interested in us enjoying ourselves and the dorrman, he has been there forever, was more then accomodating.
The rooms are sapcious, with wonderful views - we had balcony that overlooked the stream and mountains. Our highlight was swimming int he wonderful pool then having dinner fireside next to the pool looking at the beauty that is Vail.
We will definitely be back!!

I loved this place! We had booked two nights using my airline miles and I wanted to stay a 3rd night, however, the place was booked. We had a room overlooking the creek and the mountain with the chairlift. This place had a balcony, hot tub, spa, a trail to Vail Village, and two wonderful restaurants. I walked the trail to Vail Village and I was so happy that I didn't stay in the village. It is noisy, expensive, and the hotels are not that close to the slope. Vail Cascade Resort was my happy place to be and I would definitely return.

Room Tip: Room 271 was our room. I guess any room with a mountain and creek view.
