This is a very nice, well kept resort with attentive staff. As many have said the area where the resort is breathtaking and the heated pools and jacuzzi are both awesome. At night, the outdoor fireplace was a real treat.

Once again, the staff here were awesome and there is a free shuttle which takes you to the nearby villages..sooo much to do.

Only issue worth noting is with housekeeping (not cleaning our room daily) as requested., However, management did correct this issue.

I will definitely stay here again..it was such a great value!

The hotel has great heated pools and jaccuzi, rooms are great, location is perfect, walking trail along the river starts from the hotel. Childcare are a bit expensive.

Good hotel, we enjoyed our stay here. However, please be aware that we were charged $25 a day resort fee. Parking was free which is great as some 4 star hotels do charge a parking fee per day.

Thank you for your recent stay in July. We appreciate hearing about your experience and your concern regarding our resort fee and acknowledgement of our complimentary parking. We want to offer all our guests great value and with our resort fee, we provide access to Vail’s largest athlete and fitness center Aria Club, shuttle service to/from Lionshead and Vail Village, in-room coffee service, local telephone access, high-speed Internet access and more. The resort fee is something we communicate throughout the reservation process, as well as on our Website and in our reservation confirmation and pre-arrival emails. We are continuing to improve processes and want to make sure this information is clearly visible and to ensure guests understand the value of what the fee includes.

Thanks again for visiting and your review.

I was very happy to stay here. The area is gorgeous and lots of things to do. The river is right behind it and the scenery is breath taking. Great place to stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in October 2011 for one night as part of an internet deal. It was pretty quiet as it was the off-season but it was a very nice resort. We had drinks in the hotel bar where there are huge windows overlooking the pines and dark wood interior offering nice ambience. They also have a cozy library and fireplaces throughout. The room was really nice with a small balcony over the mountain. It is a little far off, but there are several shuttles that drive into town in 15 minute intervals. The outdoor pool is beautiful albeit a bit on the small side and it could have been a few degrees warmer. My only complaint was the confusing walk from the parking structure to the main hotel - we actually got a bit lost!
