This was a very nice resort. The location is beautiful. Shuttle service to other areas to shop and eat was very convenient. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is I asked for balcony with a view when I booked (months ahead of our vistit in September) and we had a view of the courtyard which had a very large unattractive tent in the middle. We stayed 2 nights and the tent was never used. The staff was great. We had a few mix ups with things being delivered to our room but we had another family member staying there with the same name.
