Hi, yes the Betty Ford gardens are beautiful - small and a little difficult to find, but worth it especially if you like flowers/gardens. There is also a small gift shop a few steps away worth checking out. I believe there are also garden tours given on Monday, Saturdays and perhaps Wednesdays at 10:30 am. I have not gone on when yet but have it on my things to do while in Vail. The information office can give you best directions to get there. If you have a bike, the trail goes right to it. And again the garden is small but has many many different flowers/plants.

This garden is very beautifully designed on a hillside in Vail. Best thing, it is free. It was a little difficult to find. It is behind the Gerald Ford Amphitheatre and hidden.

If you love nature, and wish that you had more time to spend in your own garden----or wish that you had a garden, don't miss the beautiful Betty Ford Alpine Garden. Garden vignettes, waterfalls, creeks, and picturesque scenery make this a lovely escape in the valley. It is beautiful...
