We needed a place to stay after our bus broke down in Trinidad. The staff was courteous and accomodating of our large group arrival at 2 AM. The rooms are above average and the overall appearance of the hotel is above average as well. It is a recommended palce for a one night stay and an adequate place for extended stays.

this hotel is very large with large rooms. our room had a sitting area with a love seat in it. We had 2 entrances 1 on each side. 1 side opened to the lobby area right above the pool the other side open to a hallway. the lobby is large enough to hold a pool, you will not see it when you walked in because it has a half wall around it. the rooms are clean with a large screen tv refrigerator and ironing board. breakfast is in the restaurant where you can choose from free continental breakfast or order from the menu. we were pleased with steak continental menu because it had scrambled eggs and link sausage. 1 negative is there is not an elevator. We would stay there again

My stay was comfortable enough - the place appears have been a Holiday Inn during a previous life. The staff was friendly and the breakfast more than adequate, although the eggs were quite grey (must have used the wrong type pan to scramble them in). Regardless the stay was quite comfortable for the price. There is a bar in the hotel that might attract hookers??? I saw several young ladies that were dressed in shorts that barely cleared their bottoms (except when they walked) and the shoes were at least six inches high. That is the main detractor I noticed from an otherwise comfortable family hotel.

Room Tip: Try and get a room far away from the pool to minimize the noise from excited children.

The hotel has a huge entrance hall that contains a large swimming pool. Swimming pools are to a great extent used by children without sound mufflers. The whole area reeks of noise and chloride.

Our room 117 was the largest so far in the choice chain, again huge! 2 TV's and really nice. There is even an electrical outlet at the night table and there is plenty of outlets all around. A must for the gadget geek!

Next to the hotel there is Toyota and Wallmart. The bathroom had decent pressure in the shower, if there was a small hitch the force in the cold water tap was feeble.

The breakfast room lets you choose between continental og «to order» breakfast. The attendant could have been more present as we ran out of coffee and the waste-bin toppled up with visible waste. During breakfast my cellphone disappeared. There are also dishonest guests.

This is definitely a place to stay, which a lot of people had discovered before me. The hotel was packed!
